I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, but not soundproof. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making it one of the best hotel experiences I've had. Just be aware of the noisy road nearby. I was delighted with the immaculate rooms and very happy with the service at this hotel. The location was superb, walking distance to the lively Calle 10 and close to Parque Lleras and La Provenza restaurants and bars. The dining experience was delicious with varied options, and the facilities were top-notch. However, the musty smell in the room, possibly due to a faulty bathroom fan, was a bit unpleasant. One dressing gown and pair of slippers were provided, which was a nice touch.
