I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, but not soundproof. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making it one of the best hotel experiences I've had. Just be aware of the noisy road nearby. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was thrilled to find out that I had been upgraded to one of the 'suites' on the 6th floor, which turned out to be incredibly comfortable, clean, and cozy. The service provided during my stay was truly exceptional, with the staff taking great care of us. The location was amazing, just an 8-minute walk to Parque Lleras, the bustling epicenter of dining and nightlife in Medellin. The dining experience was delightful, with a delicious variety served each morning. Overall, a great stay with a few minor downsides such as unfriendly encounters with some staff members.
I stayed at a lovely hotel in Medellín located in the heart of El Poblado area. My room was on the third floor facing a busy side street but surprisingly quiet and very comfortable. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The dining experience was really good, with a great breakfast selection. However, it could use more variety. The hotel offers fantastic facilities and is a great value for money.
I was delighted with the immaculate rooms and very happy with the service at this hotel. The location was superb, walking distance to the lively Calle 10 and close to Parque Lleras and La Provenza restaurants and bars. The dining experience was delicious with varied options, and the facilities were top-notch. However, the musty smell in the room, possibly due to a faulty bathroom fan, was a bit unpleasant. One dressing gown and pair of slippers were provided, which was a nice touch.
